Responsibilities
Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.
Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.
Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.
Work on Admin stuff
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.
Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
Experience in managing large paid media budgets.
Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
