Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 9AM to 1PM Los Angeles, CA time
  • 20 hours per week
We need someone to do both social media and marketing, but since we are a government vendor business our audience is captive and we don’t need a lot of social media exposure in different platform business like commercial e-marketing   Its not a full time, but as with other employees, our business is growing rapidly so this position can lead to other responsibilities as well. I would like The person to post things to Facebook and possibly purchase Google ads and do some email marketing under my direction and evaluate the results.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Develop and maintain a paid media strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing teams to create compelling ad creatives.

  • Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum returns on ad spend.

  • Work closely with paid media counterparts and agencies to improve KPIs for paid media channels.

  • Work on Admin stuff

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing paid social media campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms like Google Analytics.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Highly Regarded Skills and Experience

  • Experience in managing large paid media budgets.

  • Knowledge of advanced targeting and retargeting strategies.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.

  • Creative mindset with the ability to identify and act on new opportunities.
