This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (35+ hours per week)
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
8:00am-4:00-4:30am

Job Description

Take ownership of a crucial client-facing role managing the company’s state-of-the-art Simpro CRM system. You’ll be the key liaison between clients, field teams, and management, orchestrating a dynamic workflow of construction and restoration projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with modern technology while developing deep expertise in the construction services sector. You’ll have direct impact on business operations while working with a supportive team that values communication and professional growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end client communication and scheduling through the Simpro CRM platform
  • Handle 20-30 professional client calls daily, coordinating project timelines and requirements
  • Process and organize incoming service requests, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up
  • Schedule and coordinate field team deployments for maximum efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and project status updates
  • Participate in daily check-ins with management to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Generate and distribute relevant reports to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential scheduling conflicts
  • Assist in continuous improvement of CRM processes and workflows
Requirements
  • Exceptional English communication skills with a neutral accent
  • Previous experience with CRM systems (Simpro experience a plus)
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professional phone manner and outstanding customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining team communication
  • Experience in construction, trades, or service industry preferred
  • Ability to work Australian business hours
  • Tech-savvy with quick learning ability for new software platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through capabilities
