Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented
Account Manager
to join our team as an hourly contractor. This junior-level role will focus on managing and supporting client accounts related to GPU server rentals. You’ll be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, helping clients with onboarding, service questions, and renewals, while ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Act as the first line of support for assigned accounts
Assist clients with server rental setup, billing questions, and basic troubleshooting coordination
Maintain accurate client records and account details
Monitor account status and proactively address potential issues
Collaborate with sales, support, and technical teams as needed
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling when appropriate
Qualifications
2-3 years of customer service, account management, or sales support experience (tech industry a plus)
Basic understanding of servers, GPUs, or hosting services is strongly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with good attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple accounts
Familiarity with CRM systems required, HubSpot strongly preferred
