Coletar informações junto aos especialistas e áreas técnicas e transformá-las em conteúdo sobre as soluções Thomson Reuters (sistemas para gerenciamento de comércio exterior) para usuário no idioma português e inglês, como: manuais do usuário, release notes.

Administrar, organizar, formatar e revisar conteúdo em português e inglês.

Administrar traduções dos sistemas e artefatos.

Disponibilizar / publicar artefatos interno e externamente.

Atualizar Central de Ajuda.

Elaborar processos e mantê-los atualizados.
