We are hiring a LinkedIn Outreach & Marketing Assistant to support our client’s business development efforts through high-impact LinkedIn engagement and digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who excels at connecting with decision-makers, managing outreach campaigns, and driving lead generation through strategic online presence.

Experience working in the financial services niche is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Execute strategic LinkedIn outreach to identify, connect with, and nurture prospective clients.
Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Develop personalized messaging sequences to initiate meaningful conversations with decision-makers.
Maintain and update CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with outreach activity and lead statuses.
Support broader lead generation efforts using email, content marketing, and engagement tactics.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.

Who We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads via LinkedIn prospecting.
Proven expertise in building and managing sales funnels and customer journeys.
Proficiency in lead generation tools like ZoomInfo or Apollo.io.
Strong understanding of email marketing, retargeting, and CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Previous experience in creating content and social media management.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in the financial services niche is a plus.

Position: LinkedIn Outreach & Marketing Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 5 pm EST

Salary: USD 800 to USD 1000 per month
