This is a remote position.

Monday to Friday 11am-3pm PST, 20 hours a week

Job Description

Dive into the fast-paced world of executive recruiting as a Lead Generation and Research Specialist. You’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining an extensive network of professional contacts, directly impacting the company’s growth trajectory. Utilize your LinkedIn expertise and Excel prowess to support high-level executive placements nationwide. Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth research on potential client companies using LinkedIn and other professional networks
  • Maintain and expand contact databases in Google Docs, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
  • Verify and update company information, including names, websites, and email addresses
  • Identify and add new prospects to existing contact lists, fueling business development efforts
  • Support lead generation by providing well-researched, organized information to the executive team
  • Create and design corporate LinkedIn social media posts using Canva to enhance the firm’s visibility and engagement


Requirements
  • Proven expertise in using LinkedIn as a powerful research tool
  • Strong proficiency in Google Docs for data entry, organization, and basic analysis
  • Expertise in Canva to create professional and engaging corporate social media posts
  • Experience with automated outreach tools, outreach.io, Apollo.io, salesloft or other similar platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in both research and content creation
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with the executive recruiting or the staffing industry (direct hire) is strongly preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
