As a Consumer Goods Presales Functional Lead/Solution Architect, you will be a key player in driving innovative solutions to our clients. Your expert functional and business knowledge, combined with your ability to connect with clients’ needs, will help shape the future of Consumer Goods technology.


Here's How

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer business challenges, requirements, and objectives.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops with prospective clients to gather business requirements.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations that showcase the functionality and benefits of the company’s software solutions.
  • Tailor demos to address specific client needs, use cases, and business scenarios.
  • Highlight key features, capabilities, and differentiators of the product in comparison to competitors.
  • Provide support in RFP (Request for Proposal) and RFI (Request for Information) responses.
  • Assist in the creation of sales collateral and case studies that support the sales process.
  • Work closely with the product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on product capabilities and future development.
  • Share knowledge and insights from customer interactions to help improve sales and product offerings.
  • Provide internal training to sales teams on product features, capabilities, and solution selling techniques.

Your role will be vital in driving the adoption of our innovative solutions, helping transform the Consumer Goods industry with our world-class technology.

Great-to-haves

  • Prior experience with TELUS TPM and/or TPO solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years in consumer goods, with a retail-focused background. Prior pre-sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated with a customer-first mentality and a passion for technology.
