Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential real estate clients, aiming for 100-150 calls per day
  
• Engage prospects effectively, asking qualifying questions to determine their needs and interests in property buying, selling, or management
  
• Overcome objections and hesitations during calls, showcasing your persuasive communication skills
  
• Book a minimum of one appointment per day for the real estate agent
  
• Accurately update the CRM system with call outcomes, lead information, and follow-up actions
  
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS as per the established call cadence, including twice-daily follow-ups for unreached leads
  
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments set
  
• Collaborate with the real estate agent to refine call scripts and improve conversion rates
  
• Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on market trends and enhance your skills
  

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with a strong, confident phone presence
  
• Experience in sales, cold calling or appointment setting, preferably in real estate or a related field
  
• Ability to maintain high call volume while ensuring quality interactions
  
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and phone dialers, with quick adaptability to new tools
  
• Strong listening skills and ability to ask probing questions to qualify leads effectively
  
• Resilience and positive attitude in the face of rejection
  
• Basic understanding of the real estate process (buying, selling, property management)
  
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  
• Comfortable with performance-based goals and continuous improvement
  
• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment for professional calls
