You are analytical, proactive, and have a keen ability to engage with hiring managers and decision-makers. Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms is essential for success in this role.
As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will provide excellence by:
Conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.
Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events.
Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.
Using CRM systems to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively.
Developing and executing lead generation strategies tailored to staffing and recruitment services.
Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and business decision-makers.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of lead generation campaigns and making necessary adjustments.
Collaborating with the sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment lead generation.
Providing regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to stakeholders.
Do you have what it takes to be our Lead Generation Specialist?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:
At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales roles within the staffing industry.
Strong experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools.
A deep understanding of prospecting techniques and customer outreach strategies specific to staffing and recruitment.
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through digital and traditional channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential clients effectively.
Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must currently reside in the Philippines.
