Job description

This is a remote position.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with experience in the staffing industry to drive our client acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong background in identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships, and leveraging various digital marketing and outreach techniques to generate high-quality leads. You are analytical, proactive, and have a keen ability to engage with hiring managers and decision-makers. Experience with CRM tools and lead management platforms is essential for success in this role.

As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will provide excellence by:

  • Conducting market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.

  • Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including email outreach, LinkedIn, job boards, and industry events.

  • Qualifying leads and passing them to the sales team for further engagement and conversion.

  • Using CRM systems to track, manage, and nurture leads effectively.

  • Developing and executing lead generation strategies tailored to staffing and recruitment services.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and business decision-makers.

  • Monitoring and analyzing the performance of lead generation campaigns and making necessary adjustments.

  • Collaborating with the sales and recruitment teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.

  • Keeping up with industry trends and best practices in staffing and recruitment lead generation.

  • Providing regular reports and insights on lead generation performance to stakeholders.



Requirements

  • Must currently reside in the Philippines.

Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is a full-time, remote role that follows U.S. business hours. Flexibility may be required based on lead generation performance and campaign demands.
