Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 10 hours per week
  • Tuesday to Friday 8am to 10 am and Saturday 10am to 12pm Baltimore time

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound calls to property owners using our advanced lead generation platform
  • Engage in meaningful conversations to understand property owners’ needs and situations
  • Execute precise data entry and lead tracking within our streamlined technology platform
  • Identify and qualify promising opportunities for the investment team
  • Build and maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions
  • Collaborate directly with senior investment specialists on promising leads
  • Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying valuable investment opportunities
  • Base hourly rate plus comission structure on closed deals
