Role Overview:

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Technical Writer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structured problem statements, documenting processes clearly, and enjoys repetitive yet intellectually engaging work. You’ll help shape how next-generation AI models learn by designing and refining hundreds of task prompts daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop 100 or more high-quality, diverse task prompts per day to train AI agents across multiple software simulations
Design tasks to range in complexity and accuracy (with an ideal 1–75% success rate for the AI)
Meticulously document task flows, inputs, and desired outcomes within internal platforms
Continuously test and refine prompt effectiveness based on AI model responses
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompt designs with training objectives
Ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity in all task and prompt creation

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or related fields
Background in technical writing, instructional design, or related fields
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts
Experience in technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Excellent written English communication skills
Ability to navigate complex software and identify system behavior logically
Comfortable with repetitive and high-volume content creation
