Job description

Do you want to join the technological revolution? Tendium is looking for a Marketing Manager - Finland to join the team.

Are you a driven marketer with a few years of experience under your belt and ready to take on more ownership and impact? Do you love testing new ideas, working across a wide range of media channels, and building a strong local presence for a growing brand? If you're also fluent in Finnish, know the Finnish market inside-out, and thrive in a dynamic environment – you might be the perfect fit to help Tendium establish itself as a leader in Finland!

Why Tendium

Tendium is a fast-growing tech company operating at the intersection of technology and customers. Using advanced machine-learning technologies, we are revolutionising industries with modern, efficient methods — creating new possibilities to democratise both public and private sector markets.

Our team is expanding rapidly, bringing together some of the brightest talents from across Sweden and beyond, from data scientists to sales professionals. While we recognise the need for structure as we grow, we strive to maintain a collaborative environment where responsibility, autonomy, and individual input are highly valued.

As Tendium grows, new opportunities emerge constantly. We’re looking for ambitious, conscientious, and value-driven colleagues to help shape the future of the business. In return, we offer a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment where personal and professional development is prioritised. You'll have real responsibility and growth opportunities from the start.

If you’re ready to make an impact and grow with us — we want to hear from you.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local partners (e.g., industry associations, educational partners, legal partners).

  • Produce and publish local blog and email content.

  • Adapt global marketing initiatives to the Finnish market (e.g., digital campaigns, content, emails).

  • Set and achieve goals for lead generation, thought leadership, and trust-building within the Finnish market.

  • Collaborate closely with the Finnish sales team and Tendium's marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in various marketing roles.

  • Fluent in Finnish and proficient in English (both spoken and written).

  • Strong understanding of the Finnish B2B market.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent and proactive work ethic.
