About You
  • You have 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales;
  • You have experience developing and leading a high-performing sales team in a growth environment;
  • You have as well experienced both inside and outside sales, including inbound and outbound prospecting;
  • Solid data skills when it comes to forecasting, commission plans, and reporting;
  • Strong aptitude for sales, supported by quantitive analysis, planning, and strategic thinking, but also willing to roll your sleeves up by talking to prospects, qualifying, and closing deals;
  • You have the drive and desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients;
  • You are pragmatic, open to change, and deal very well with unexpected challenges;
  • You put yourself outside your comfort zone, whilst having the emotional maturity to know when to ask for help. You love to give and receive feedback
  • Exceptional in-person/digital, verbal and written communication skills;
  • You are fluent in Portuguese & English, as you'll be using both daily.


Nice to haves:

  • Hubspot is your friend;
  • Experience in the Insurance or Benefits market;
  • Prior experience developing or managing strategic partnerships.

 

The Role

On a typical day, you will...

  • Drive sales (directly and indirectly), highly expanding the customer base and generating new revenue from new leads;
  • Develop and implement a scalable sales process in all Sales pipeline Stages by maximising conversion and ARR;
  • Empower the overall team to engage with prospects and understand their unique and specific pain points, producing compelling business cases to meet their needs, while delivering factual and insightful feedback to marketing, product, and customer success teams;
  • Lead and support in-person/digital client presentations to executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals;
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of high-performing BDR’s and Account Executives as the company grows to a multi-segment market;
  • Leverage Hubspot CRM and data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals;
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives;
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent, leading the team to maximize their potential and strategically upgrade overall potential, skills, and capabilities.


Salary Range

Our offers are based on the annual salary cost for the company. For this position, we have a budget of 75.000€ to 85.000€.

Translating to everyday language, it would be a total gross package of 58.000€ to 66.000€ (plus variable compensation, health insurance, and other benefits you can check below).
