Who we are looking for

As we expand our reach and enhance our capabilities, we are excited to invite ambitious, tech-savvy students to join our team as Working student: Fraud Monitoring Agent. This part-time, remote role is perfect for students who are willing to work next to their studies, fluent in German and English and are looking to gain experience in a dynamic startup environment while continuing their studies.

Role & Duties

Monitor FAIRTIQ app usage to identify and manage fraudulent activity, ensuring a fraud-free system.
Work independently from your home or any location, using tools provided by us.
Participate in regular team video calls and occasional in-person workshops to stay aligned with team goals and updates.

Skills and personality

Proficient in German and English. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Czech are beneficial.
Interest in public transport and familiarity with the FAIRTIQ app are advantageous.
Minimum 2 years of studies ahead of you.
Quick learner, team-player and able to work independently (good self-organisation).
Willing and available to work next to studies.
