Responsibilities
  • Analyze reports and flag suspicious activities to prevent fraud in customer transactions.
  • Provide exceptional support to customers in German during their inquiries related to fraud prevention and security measures.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop strategies for effective fraud detection and response.
  • Keep detailed records of investigations and customer interactions in the company’s database.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for fraud prevention.
  • Actively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and recommendations to enhance fraud prevention strategies.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify patterns of fraudulent behavior.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Knowledge or previous experience in fraud prevention or security is an advantage.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis software.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece with company support and embrace a new cultural experience.
