Schedule:

  • 16 hours per week during client business hours, Zurich, Switzerland

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative to spearhead our European market expansion. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the founder to build and execute our go-to-market strategy. You’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across Europe, translating complex technical solutions into compelling business value propositions. This position offers significant autonomy and the chance to make a substantial impact on the company’s growth trajectory. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to business audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Drive end-to-end sales process independently from lead generation through deal closure
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify and engage potential clients across European markets
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Craft compelling value propositions that translate technical solutions into clear business benefits
  • Conduct effective discovery calls and presentations to senior decision-makers
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle with minimal oversight
  • Coordinate seamlessly with the founder for technical solution validation and deal handoff
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline development, and closed business
  • Contribute strategic insights to help shape the company’s market approach



Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in technical or consulting services
  • Proven track record of independently closing complex solution sales
  • Must have Senior or B2B Sales background
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to business audiences
  • Strong track record of building sales pipelines from scratch
  • Experience working autonomously in a sales role
  • Ability to work European business hours
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on closing paying customers
  • Comfort with remote work environment and direct communication with founder
  • Background in or aptitude for technical/mathematical solutions preferred
