Location: Remote (Global)
Job Type: Full-time
Sector: Healthcare | Patient Access | Franchise Development
This international healthcare franchise is redefining access to quality care across North America. With operations expanding across the US and Candada, the company empowers local entrepreneurs and medical professionals to open and manage clinics that deliver vital services—from primary care and diagnostics to preventative health programs and wellness consultations. By leveraging a proven franchise model and digital-first infrastructure, the organization ensures that high-quality healthcare is both scalable and community-driven. Rooted in the belief that healthcare is a human right, this mission-led brand is seeking individuals who are energized by impact and purpose.
The company is currently hiring an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to serve as a critical front-line connection between the organization and its growing pipeline of prospects. This is a fully remote, globally accessible role ideal for someone with a keen sense of empathy, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping people navigate decisions related to healthcare access or entrepreneurship. The inbound SDR will field incoming inquiries from patients, healthcare professionals, and potential franchise owners across a variety of digital and phone channels.
This role requires a thoughtful, human-centered approach to customer interaction. The SDR will be responsible for assessing needs, answering questions with clarity and accuracy, and guiding each inquiry to the appropriate internal team—whether that’s the patient coordination group or the franchise development department. The right candidate will be someone who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and is equally comfortable having conversations with individuals from both rural and urban regions across the globe.
Acts as the first point of contact for inbound leads originating from the website, live chat, phone, and social platforms.
Engages with leads to assess their needs, provide helpful information, and determine qualification based on location, urgency, and service interest.
Schedules appointments, escalates leads to franchise or clinic teams, and ensures warm transitions for high-value opportunities.
Maintains accurate and timely notes in the company’s CRM system, ensuring clear documentation of each lead journey.
Shares insights from lead interactions to help the marketing and operations teams refine messaging and improve response flow.
Achieves weekly and monthly performance targets, including contact volume, qualification rate, and conversion to booked calls or consultations.
Collaborates closely with cross-functional global teams to continuously improve the inbound sales process and customer experience.
The ideal candidate is an excellent listener and an even better explainer. They possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep sense of cultural awareness, and the patience needed to support diverse audiences—some of whom may be unfamiliar with healthcare systems or franchise models. This individual is dependable, articulate, and thrives in purpose-driven organizations. While prior experience in sales or healthcare is helpful, attitude, adaptability, and mission alignment are the most important traits.
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support roles
Familiarity with modern CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
Reliable access to the internet and ability to work in a remote-first team environment
Experience working with global or culturally diverse audiences is a strong asset
Demonstrated ability to organize tasks, follow process, and manage time across competing priorities
