Our client is a rapidly expanding digital marketing agency based in the United States. They are currently seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support their leadership team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing executive-level tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the agency.

Digital Marketing Agency Experience is a plus.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Schedule meetings, organize the calendar, and prioritize tasks for effective time management.
  • Assist with client follow-ups, send reminders, and manage client communications.
  • Organize internal meetings, team activities, and track employee feedback.
  • Coordinate social media posts and support marketing efforts.
  • Track project progress, set reminders, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Input and update data in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format documents and reports.
  • Provide any additional administrative support as requested, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the agency.

Who are we looking for?

  • 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative or support role, ideally in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while being part of a remote team.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is a plus.

 

Position: Virtual Assistant

Remote Status: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9 am - 6 pm EST

Holidays: US Holidays

Salary: USD 1000 - USD 1200 per month
