Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for someone with a medical background—whether that’s in nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology—along with previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service. Strong phone etiquette and professional communication are a must, as well as a solid understanding of HIPAA compliance. If you're tech-savvy and can easily learn to navigate new software, you’ll thrive in this role. We’re also looking for someone with excellent multitasking abilities and fluent English communication skills.If this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you!


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Schedule: 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 7PM–11PM; Optional Saturday: 6PM–10PM; Optional Sunday: 10AM–7PM

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls during evening and weekend hours
  • Schedule consultations (both in-person and virtual)
  • Book appointments for existing clients
  • Provide information about available aesthetic services
  • Navigate and maintain accurate records in practice CRM system
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations
  • Respond to basic questions about services and pricing
  • Handle approximately 20-25 calls per weekend day

Requirements
  • Medical background (nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology preferred)
  • Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service
  • Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge
  • Ability to learn and navigate practice management/CRM software
  • Excellent multitasking abilities
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
