Job Highlights:
Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Monday to Friday: 7PM–11PM; Optional Saturday: 6PM–10PM; Optional Sunday: 10AM–7PM
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls during evening and weekend hours
Schedule consultations (both in-person and virtual)
Book appointments for existing clients
Provide information about available aesthetic services
Navigate and maintain accurate records in practice CRM system
Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations
Respond to basic questions about services and pricing
Handle approximately 20-25 calls per weekend day
Requirements
Medical background (nursing, pharmacy, or medical technology preferred)
Previous experience in medical reception or healthcare customer service
Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
HIPAA compliance knowledge
Ability to learn and navigate practice management/CRM software
