Job description

  • To provide the highest level of customer assistance giving advice and guidance on all issues, dealt with in accordance with the Support Code of Practice and Maintenance contracts. 
  • Manage assigned Incidents effectively and efficiently in accordance with Support processes and procedures. 
  • Keep customer information systems up to date with all incidents and any other relevant customer contact activity. 
  • Share information with other team members on key trends and new issues, responding quickly to requests for assistance. 
  • Provide regular updates to knowledgebase ensuring information gathered is relevant and informative. 
  • Review functionality changes to the product proposed by the product management and delivery departments. 
  • Take responsibility for and manage regular updates on service and priorities with specific customers. 
  • Responsible for providing timely and thorough application user support, which includes user training, guidance on navigating through issues in Oracle and issue management / resolution. 
  • Design solutions for the assigned application in support of product development projects and implementation of deliverables. 
  • Design, develop, modify, debug, and implement solutions per business requirements. 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • At least 3-4 years in designing and building Oracle EPM cloud Planning applications. 
  • Awareness of full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations.  
  • Very good functional knowledge of the FP&A process.  
  • Experience in Oracle EPM Planning Cloud.  
  • Experience implementing Oracle Planning Cloud Modules such as Workforce, Capital, Projects, Financials, and Budget Revisions.  
  • Experience in Hyperion Planning On-premises is a plus. 

Other Qualifications: 

  • Strong English written/verbal communications. 
  • Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.  
  • Willing to travel to customer sites on a regular basis. 
  • Ability in working as part of Global/ Matrixed/ Remote teams.  
  • Self-driven, ability to work under minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent Analytical skills.
