This role is internally named a Tribe Lead. The Tribe Lead is a key role responsible for aligning customer needs with company operations and strategies. Based on his/her skills in Account Management / Customer Success, this position involves understanding customers, communicating company values, and driving operational excellence, which will drive account growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU´LL DO:
Customer Insight and Relationship Management:
Gather and analyze customer and market information to enhance strategies.
Strategic Communication:
Convey the companies value to customers and the market.
Turn customer feedback into actionable strategies.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure customer insights are integrated into operational processes.
Work with internal teams to streamline and align operations.
Sales Support and Business Development:
Support pre-sales and sales activities with insights and customer success stories.
Develop strategies to drive business growth and acquire new customers.
Customizing Customer Journeys:
Personalize customer interactions to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
Use empathy to enhance the customer experience.
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the travel or FinTech industries
Experience in DevOps, AWS technologies, QA methodologies, and Cloud
Operations
Experience using Jira for project management
