Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and tech-savvy Demand Generation Specialist with expert-level HubSpot experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving our marketing automation systems, optimizing conversion pathways, and providing actionable insights through data-driven reporting. This role plays a critical part in driving mid-funnel (MOFU) and bottom-of-funnel (BOFU) marketing initiatives.

This is a remote position working 8 AM 4 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Candidates must have their own equipment and be prepared for load shedding where applicable. No travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot CRM, email automation, and lead nurturing systems.

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve marketing efficiency and lead conversion rates.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance automation workflows and marketing processes.

  • Work with the marketing agency to develop and implement SEO strategies for MOFU and BOFU content.

  • Track keyword performance, search rankings, and refine optimization strategies.

  • Optimize landing pages, website forms, and overall user experience to maximize lead capture and conversion rates.

  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of MOFU and BOFU marketing campaigns.

  • Develop dashboards to provide real-time visibility into campaign performance and marketing initiatives.

  • Measure the ROI of marketing activities, including lead nurturing programs and technology investments.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to improve lead handoff processes and ensure lead quality.

  • Gather and incorporate sales feedback to refine marketing strategies and customer journey touchpoints.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.

  • Recommend and implement new tools and processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.

  • Strong expertise in HubSpot is a must.

  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) preferred.

  • Solid background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), A/B testing, UX optimization, and form enhancements.

  • Proficient in campaign analytics, KPI tracking, and ROI measurement.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter with a passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
