As a Member of Technical Staff on the Corporate Engineering team, you are responsible for ensuring that the village is supported in our usage of technology platforms. You are a strong individual contributor and you have the ability to significantly contribute to and execute moderate major Corporate Engineering projects, enabled with appropriate scripting and automation. You are capable of independently owning and solving day to day IT help desk troubleshooting, onboarding and offboarding logistics. You can understand the “why” in order to connect dependencies to the “bigger picture” and Anchorage mission and product roadmap.
Technical Skills:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for automation, streamlining manual workflows through code.
Design, develop, test, and deploy automated solutions for self-service IT and other business-critical functions.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.
Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of implemented solutions.
