Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client, a global leader in cutting-edge cancer research and diagnostics, specializing in personalized cancer treatment, is looking for an Oncology Account Manager to join their team! The Oncology Account Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth by working alongside providers to analyze pain points and goals, providing them with the tools and training they need to better serve their patients, while maintaining and enhancing their current sales portfolio.


**Base of 80-90k with OTE of 220k


**This role is 80% travel focused on the West Region. The travel can vary, depending on how you would wish to manage your travel schedule. Some seasons/months are higher in travel than others.


Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with providers in the North America market
  • Work closely with all providers in assigned territory to ensure they are comfortable and confident in methodologies.
  • Understand providers’ needs, challenges, and objectives to align services (tests/therapies) within their practices
  • Provide support (product training, etc.) and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Assist the education and clinical team in identifying what providers might be suitable for the Tutor track, and connect them with the appropriate internal personnel
  • Proactively monitor all accounts in assigned territory
  • Provide ongoing support to providers - order processing, logistics, etc. in conjunction with the Operations team
  • Provide training on product knowledge to providers
  • Create follow-ups with providers on a proactive and consistent basis
  • Stay up-to-date on all changes to tests/therapies protocols, etc. and proactively inform and educate providers on all changes
  • Travel to current providers’ offices, leveraging and maintaining the professional relationship in an effort to further educate providers and their administrative team
  • Prepare regular reports detailing sales patterns, provider engagement, and revenue growth
  • Use the aforementioned reports to identify areas of improvement, develop action plans, and track implemented strategies


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or related fields (advanced degrees preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven B2B sales success, preferably within healthcare, life sciences, or oncology sectors.
  • Extensive experience in integrative medicine, oncology treatments, or related fields is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in managing executive relationships and closing large, complex deals.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to independently drive revenue and meet ambitious targets.
  • Willingness to travel 80% of the time
