Compensation Analyst (Part-Time)
Responsible for the administration and analysis of compensation plans including base pay, incentive, and equity plans. Performs market research and assists in setting pay structures. Updates plan documents and creates other communication/education materials. Collaborates with IT, Finance, and Payroll to administer incentive payment and compensation program policy. Assists with compensation plan design and implementation. Forecasts compensation cost, wage inflation and market trends. Creates reporting to identify and evaluate trends. Performs ad hoc analysis upon request.
Administers and provides analysis of compensation plans and programs including base pay, incentive, and equity plans
Oversees Corporate compensation processes
Updates job documents as required
Maintains job evaluation systems (Payfactors)
Participates in market surveys and evaluates market data to set pay structures
Responsible for all Corporate job evaluations
Educates leaders on pay policy and process
Establishes and maintains pay structures to support compensation philosophy
Collaborates with IT to ensure Workday accurately administers policy
Recommends policy and process changes when necessary
Administers annual merit/salary review process
Administers Corporate incentive plans
Maintains plan documents and other communication processes
Ensures timely and accurate calculation of incentive payments and forecasts/accruals
Collaborates with Finance and Payroll to ensure the accurate calculation and distribution of incentive payments
Assists with administration of equity plans
Maintains equity systems
Administers equity grants and releases
Administers ESPP
Assists with equity reporting
Responds to questions from plan participants or leaders
Monitors trouble tickets and resolves issues
Forecasting, analysis, and reporting
Creates and maintains models to accurately and efficiently administer compensation plans
Calculate incentive payments
Forecast and support the accrual of compensation expense
Communicate awards and summarize payments
Create and maintain reporting to summarize compensation payments, evaluate plans, and identify trends
turnover and staffing reporting and analysis
Support annual budget
Performs ad hoc analysis and reporting upon request
Support other Total Rewards initiatives
Assists with Field Compensation when requested
Assists with benefit administration and communication efforts as requested
Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or related field of study.
Two years analytic or Human Resource experience preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with HR information systems, Workday experience preferred
