We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our healthcare-focused product team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, helping shape a suite of AI-enhanced web and mobile applications developed with Blazor and .NET MAUI Hybrid. Working closely with a renowned healthcare expert and a cross-functional development team, you'll help drive product vision, prioritize features, and ensure delivery aligns with clinical and operational goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in Agile Product Management: At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner working with Agile teams, including participation in sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
  • Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Skilled in gathering and documenting business requirements, converting them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Strong ability to communicate with both technical teams (developers, QA engineers) and non-technical stakeholders (clients, business leaders), ensuring mutual understanding of product requirements and progress.
  • Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on business impact, customer needs, and technical constraints, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Capable of analyzing complex problems, defining solutions, and facilitating discussions to drive decision-making and issue resolution across teams.
  • User Testing and Validation: Experience in coordinating and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring that features meet both business and functional requirements before release.
  • Collaboration with Design and Development: Ability to work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly and effective product interfaces, as well as collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Tools Proficiency: Proficient in using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms to manage product backlogs, track progress, and document requirements.

Nice to have skills

  • Experience working on AI/ML-powered features or data-driven product development.
  • Familiarity with Blazor, .NET, or cross-platform mobile development is a plus.
  • Background in UX research or user-centered design practices.
  • Certifications like CSPO, CBAP, or PMI-PBA are an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and manage the product backlog, ensuring features are prioritized based on business value and user impact.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team, facilitating regular updates and feedback loops.
  • Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives as part of an Agile/Scrum process.
  • Validate delivered functionality against requirements and drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the application meets both usability and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with software and ML engineers to incorporate AI-driven logic into core product features.
