Job description

InallMedia.com is a Global community in charge of allocating and administrating complete teams according to our clients’ needs, always using an agile methodology.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst who is fluent in both English and Japanese to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes, driving efficiency and improving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders.
  • Develop and present comprehensive business cases to support proposed changes and enhancements.
  • Create detailed process maps, workflows, and documentation to support business process improvements.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Support the implementation of process improvements, providing guidance and support to ensure successful adoption.

Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English and Japanese.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Proven ability to analyze and optimize end-to-end processes to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
