This is a remote position.

Role Name: Administrative & Social Media Assistant

Schedule:

  • Regular business hours: Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm Irvine, CA time with 1 hour unpaid break

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PST/PDT)


This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in scaling multiple digital businesses simultaneously. You'll be at the center of our operations, managing social media presence across various brands while ensuring smooth administrative operations. Working directly with the founders, you'll have the unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of diverse business ventures, from e-commerce to digital marketing services. This hands-on role offers exposure to multiple business models and the chance to make a significant impact through your organizational and social media expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive social media management strategies across multiple business accounts

  • Drive engagement and maintain consistent brand voice across various social platforms

  • Conduct targeted email marketing campaigns to extensive professional databases

  • Manage and organize projects within our established project management system

  • Process and respond to customer inquiries across multiple brands

  • Support e-commerce operations including marketplace communication

  • Maintain organized documentation and tracking of tasks and projects

  • Execute established processes and procedures independently

  • Support the implementation of advertising campaigns

  • Coordinate with team members across different business units



Requirements
  • Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent

  • Proven experience in social media management and engagement

  • Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Professional communication style

  • Ability to maintain consistent work hours aligned with Pacific Time

  • Quick learner who can rapidly adapt to established processes
