In a nutshell


Join our Sales team as an Account Executive and take the lead on developing new business opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, helping them discover how Lyssna can support their user research needs. From demos to closing deals, you’ll guide customers through the process with expertise and a focus on growth.

We empower designers to engage directly with users and get rich feedback, quickly and easily. We’ve been championing human-centred design practices for over 10 years with big and small customers including Asana, Google, Metalab, UsTwo, Unilever and Monday.com.

Who we’re looking for

  • You’re a natural relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with new people and identifying opportunities.
  • You’ve got 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the tech or SaaS space, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • You’re confident running product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • You’re a clear communicator who can tailor your pitch to your audience, whether it’s a startup founder or a procurement team.
  • You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally and sharing customer insights that improve our products and services.
  • You have a customer-centric mindset and are passionate about understanding and delivering value to clients beyond the initial sale or engagement

Picture yourself in the role


If you were here for this month, you would have:

  • Created a strategy to pursue a new segment of leads and booked your first few discovery calls.
  • Run product demos with prospective customers and followed up with tailored proposals and pricing.
  • Worked closely with marketing to share insights from the field and refine our messaging.
  • Shared feedback with the product team on a feature request that kept coming up in your calls.
  • Helped a fast-growing team transition from self-serve to a full-service plan, managing their onboarding with our support and CS teams.

Location


We’re a fully remote company and this role is open to candidates based in Western Europe (including UK). 


Salary


At Lyssna, we use a fixed salary formula to ensure compensation is fair and transparent. All team members with the same title and location start on the same compensation, and have the opportunity for salary increases based on performance.


The On-Target Earnings for this full-time position is between €80,000 – €150,000, depending on location and experience. The base salary makes up 50% of the total OTE. We also offer ESOP.
