Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of US IT recruiting experience (freelance, agency, or in-house).
  • Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C).
  • Solid knowledge of US work visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in US time zones.
  • Excellent sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with VMS clients or direct client engagement.
  • Familiarity with ATS or CRM platforms.
