Your position
RHI Magnesita has embarked on a journey to become a genuine process-based company. Our Global Process Owners will be fully accountable for the strategy, design, execution, and continuous improvement of their respective end-to-end process, supported by a high-performing team of Global Process Experts. We are looking for a GPE Plan-to-Make to develop, document, implement and improve processes (activities, variants, roles, controls, change management). By partnering with GPOs, you will drive change management initiatives to transition from old to new ways of working with the goal of shaping strategy and performance. Challenging the status quo, you’ll lead targeted improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for simplifications, automation, and enhancement in process or systems.
Your tasks
- Deliver deep production execution and production planning expertise, leveraging PPDS and MES systems
- Pilot improvement initiatives related to pain points (for example establishing a make or buy process), aligned with corporate priorities and stakeholders
- Design and enhance global processes with a strong focus on change management, governance, and continuous improvement
- Analyze KPIs and SLAs to optimize performance and uncover new opportunities
- Promote cross-functional collaboration for seamless end-to-end integration
- Navigate and influence stakeholders at all levels—from shop floor to C-suite
Your profile
- Very strong stakeholder management skills
- Global mindset supported by impeccable communication skills across all organizational levels
- Change management attitude with experience in process changes
- Solid understanding of production processes
- Strong execution and resolution focus
- Experience in SAP (or another ERP), as well as PPDS and MES (SAP DM preferred)
- Knowledge of process management methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)
- In-depth international expertise in production environment - operational, Supply Chain Management
Languages: English – fluent
Nice to have: Experience in manufacturing or mining industry, some experience with SAP Signavio
