Position Overview:

The HR Assistant plays a crucial role in fostering a positive and productive work environment within The VA Group. This individual is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations run smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in Onboarding and Offboarding new employees.
  • HR ticketing system management
  • Be a part of development and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge upper management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital..
  • Ensure Code of Conduct compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Assistant or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all company levels.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices.

Schedule: Full-Time and (PST)
