About the Role

The Corporate Development Analyst is part of the Business and Corporate Development team, focused on supporting M&A and strategic business development transactions for technology companies. The position includes a mix of research, financial modeling, outreach, and deal execution responsibilities. It offers hands-on exposure to real deals and collaboration with senior executives across the tech space.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project manager on M&A and corporate development projects
  • Research companies, industries, technologies, and market trends
  • Build financial models and valuation analyses
  • Prepare pitch decks and other transaction documents
  • Support outreach, lead qualification, and prospecting efforts
  • Contribute to due diligence and support deal execution

  • Experience in a finance or investment-related role.
  • Degree in Sales/Business, Economics, or related fields (or relevant internship experience in consulting, banking, VC, PE, etc.)
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Compensation: Starting from $1,300/month- 2,500/month depending on experience and skillset.
