Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Summary: We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to manage end-to-end hiring, including job advertising, candidate screening, assessment coordination, and onboarding. This role ensures recruitment compliance, maintains up-to-date records in JobAdder, and supports HR administrative tasks while working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Admin teams. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, budget-conscious, and focused on delivering a positive candidate experience and timely hiring outcomes.


In this position, you will be:

  • Advertise job vacancies on various job boards while ensuring costs stay within the recruitment budget
  • Screen, interview, and manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Organize and facilitate assessment centers and arrange cleaning trials when necessary
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure compliance for all new hires
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and JobAdder system on a weekly basis
  • Ensure all open roles are filled in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support the onboarding of new employees and franchisees
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit weekly recruitment progress reports
  • Complete general administration tasks and meet all recruitment project deadlines


Qualifications:

  • Experience using ZOHO CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms
  • High level of dedication, commitment, and professionalism in all tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay organized under pressure
  • Confident presentation and conflict resolution skills to manage challenging situations effectively
