Description
- Day-to-day support of the myTemp program 2. Answer all incoming calls/emails for support and escalate as needed. 3. Answer and guide recruiters, TA Leads & Hiring Managers 4. Administrative support. 5. Approve timesheets & expenses in Beeline (knowledge of this program is helpful). 6. myTemp invoices issues. 7. This person also needs to be able to put their foot down, politely, when Hiring Managers attempt to step outside of the rules. If they stay on for 6 months+, eventually they will segway into the following as well:
- FMC File Uploads
- FMC Audits
- FMC Validation
- Astecat Adds
- myTemp GWS non-reimbursed requests
