  • Assist in QA (Quality Assurance), SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) drafting, and other technical organization initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
  • Completion of at least one course in data, Python, or a related field.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track and manage multiple tasks

  • Comfortable working with technical language and tools.

  • Excellent written communication skills.

  • Ability to independently prioritize, synthesize, and clarify tasks.

Cool-to-Haves:
  • Previous experience in customer support, technical assistance, or QA.

  • Familiarity with drafting SOPs, organizational systems, and process improvement.

  • Curiosity and the drive to grow into more advanced technical or operational roles.

  • Experience with tools like Notion, Asana, or similar platforms.
