As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our executives and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing schedules, coordinating events, and facilitating communication within the team.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing materials and presentations for meetings and events.
Maintain communication with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Coordinate logistics for events, including venue bookings, catering, and transportation.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelors degree is preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
