The role:
We are seeking a highly experienced, articulate, and results-driven Senior Tele-Sales Executive to join our global team. This role is focused on facilitating high-impact creating meetings with C-level executives and investors, primarily across Germany, the U.S., and Western Europe.
The ideal candidate must be skilled in conducting phone-based and email-based social (mainly linkedin) engagements, showcasing a deep understanding of SaaS and Gen-AI solutions. The role requires mastery of HubSpot, strong organizational abilities, and a professional, persuasive voice capable of capturing attention at the highest levels.
Key Responsibilities:
● Initiate and conduct outbound calls and email engagements to schedule qualified meetings with C-level executives and investors.
● Present and position the company’s platform and Gen-AI capabilities clearly and effectively.
● Learn and master the end-to-end platform functionalities of the company, including use cases across procurement, pricing, operations, BI, and automation.
● Leverage HubSpot CRM to track communication, campaigns, and pipeline activity.
● Organize and maintain a high-volume outreach schedule while ensuring quality and personalization in each interaction.
● Facilitate between 10–12 qualified meetings during the initial two-week trial period.
● Facilitate between 10–12 qualified meetings every week – all C level executives.
● Collaborate closely with the executive team for strategy alignment and feedback loops.
● Continuously learn, adapt, and contribute to messaging strategies for different verticals and regions.
Required Qualifications:
● 5 to 8 years of proven experience in tele-sales or inside sales roles, preferably in the SaaS or technology space, enterprise software, GenAi.
● Demonstrated ability to engage and book meetings with C-level executives and decision makers.
● Deep familiarity and expertise with HubSpot (mandatory)
● Microsoft office – Mandatory (Word, Excel, PPT, and 365)
● High level of organizational discipline and process orientation.
● Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German or French, Spanish are a strong advantage.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
● Passion for technology and a strong desire to understand complex Gen-AI and SaaS platforms in depth.
