Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic marketing & brand strategist to drive B2B marketing initiatives, enhance brand positioning, and generate demand for our IT services and products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for a technology-driven company.

Experience: 3-4 years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that align with business goals, target audiences, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing assets, case studies, and white whitepapers.
  • Drive brand positioning and messaging to establish a strong market presence.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, and event marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Oversee social media strategy and engagement to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to refine strategies.
  • Stay updated with B2B marketing trends, MarTech tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, or related roles in the IT services or SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of demand generation, lead nurturing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent content marketing and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia content creation is a plus.
