We are seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to support our brand marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and engagement across various marketing channels.
Position Overview
As a Brand Marketer at Sphera, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying our brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels. You will be responsible for helping develop brand narratives, corporate brand messaging, content marketing strategies, demand generation initiatives and marketing communications that resonate with our target audiences. The ideal candidate has an understanding of brand marketing, storytelling and value proposition development, as well as experience with integrated marketing campaigns that contribute to business growth. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Messaging & Positioning
Assist in the execution of brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling initiatives to ensure consistency across all marketing efforts.
Help craft compelling brand narratives that differentiate Sphera in the market and align with customer needs.
Partner with product marketing, sales and leadership teams to ensure messaging alignment across all touchpoints.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
Create and oversee strategic content marketing initiatives, including blog posts, white papers, e-books, case studies and video scripts.
Work with subject-matter experts to develop thought leadership content that positions Sphera as an industry authority.
Assist in managing multi-channel brand marketing campaigns, including digital, social media and email marketing efforts.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align messaging and content across business units and regions.
Help prepare executive presentations, reports and speaking engagement materials for leadership.
Coordinate with design and digital teams to ensure marketing materials are visually compelling and on-brand.
Campaign Strategy
Support the creation of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, PR and email marketing.
Leverage customer insights and data analytics to optimize brand campaigns and improve engagement.
Marketing Communications & Brand Awareness
Support corporate branding initiatives, including website content, PR messaging and executive communications.
Support the development and execution of brand and content marketing communications plans, ensuring alignment with Sphera’s brand voice and objectives.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns and digital assets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with sales, product marketing and digital marketing teams to align messaging and branding efforts with business objectives.
Partner with external agencies, designers and writers to execute high-quality marketing materials.
Support internal brand training initiatives to ensure a unified brand voice across departments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, sustainability, ESG or risk management industries.
Background in brand marketing, content marketing, demand generation, and marketing communications.
Strong writing and communication skills with experience in content creation, marketing campaigns and messaging development.
Ability to craft compelling brand narratives and assist in developing marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies in an international business environment.
Experience developing brand messaging, value propositions and storytelling frameworks.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments and with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for content development and presentation creation.
Familiarity with basic design tools or principles is a plus, enhancing visual storytelling and content presentation.
Strategic & Creative Thinking
Ability to translate complex industry topics into compelling, customer-centric narratives.
Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content distribution strategies.
Ability to balance high-level brand strategy with hands-on tactical execution.
Demonstrated experience in planning, executing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Communication & Collaboration
Strong portfolio showcasing effective brand messaging, content creation and campaign development.
Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, executives, and external partners.
Ability to craft and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field.
Additional certifications in content marketing, digital marketing or brand strategy are a plus.
