- Annual compensation between $95,000 - $115,000, PLUS an annual performance-based, discretionary incentive. Compensation is dependent on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills, education/degrees, certifications, prior experience, market data, and other relevant factors.

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and ensuring that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent and enhances overall employee experience. This role partners closely with senior leadership to develop and implement tailored HR solutions in areas such as talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and change management. With a strong understanding of business priorities, the Sr HRBP leverages data-driven insights, fosters a positive and high-performance culture, and ensures compliance with HR policies and best practices. This is a highly visible position that requires exceptional relationship-building skills, the ability to influence at all levels of the organization, analytical acumen, and a proactive approach to driving people strategies that support business success.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational success.
- Leverage workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Employee Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations matters, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Talent Management:
- Partner with business leaders and the Talent Management team to assess workforce needs and implement strategies for succession planning and career development.
- Support recruitment efforts for Director-level and above positions, including participating in interviews and advising on compensation decisions.
- Organizational Development and Change Management:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and leadership development.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance team performance and leadership capabilities.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all employment laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements, proactively identifying and mitigating risk.
- Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with company values and evolving regulations
Who You Are - Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP or HR management role.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, preferably in the technology or healthcare industry.
- Strong background in employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policy development, and employment laws.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and advising senior leaders.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics to drive decision-making.
- Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

- Working Conditions
- Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
- High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting).
