As a Data & Insights Associate, you’ll bridge operational data flows with impactful reporting and insights delivery. Your primary mission is to transform platform and Salesforce data into actionable summaries and visual outputs that support business development, outreach strategy, and leadership decision-making.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Transforming Salesforce and platform usage data into structured reporting for Google Docs, Google Sheets, and internal dashboards.
Supporting outreach and thought leadership efforts by pulling relevant metrics and usage trends to identify opportunities.
Summarizing trends in time-series data and creating polished visual presentations for client and internal use.
Developing new ways of scaling thought leadership and marketing communications
Managing ad hoc data requests to deliver high quality insights with a fast turnaround
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Strong analytical and data visualization skills, including Excel proficiency and comfort with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
2+ years experience supporting a sales or customer success team (or similar)
Ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret data from CRM and platform sources to inform strategic outreach and reporting.
Proficiency in creating clean, impactful client-facing presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Proficient in communication and English fluency
Highly organized, timely, and proactive in managing multiple short-turnaround requests.
Comfortable working independently and aligning with a GMT -5 time zone schedule.
