Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidate should bring at least 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar role, with adeptness in CRM tools and a strong background working in digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Lead Generation Expert: Drive lead generation through proactive outbound strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn outreach and engagement, complemented by cold calls, emails, and networking.
HubSpot CRM Mastery: Utilize HubSpot to meticulously manage lead data, track all interactions, and develop automated workflows for efficient follow-up and lead nurturing.
Strategic Appointment Setting: Qualify leads effectively and schedule high-value meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
Comprehensive CRM Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking of all lead interactions and progress within HubSpot CRM.
Collaborative Team Player: Partner with marketing and sales to optimize lead generation and conversion processes.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Engage with prospects across various platforms including LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, and social media.
Market Intelligence Feedback: Share valuable insights from prospect interactions to inform service development and marketing approaches.
Continuous Industry Learning: Stay informed on the latest trends and best practices in the digital advertising and marketing landscape.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
Experience: 3 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in the digital advertising or marketing industry.
Proven track record of success in generating leads and building relationships with clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
English proficiency.
Experience with CRM systems, with a strong focus on HubSpot.
Experience using LinkedIn for lead generation and outreach.
Proven ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
Strong understanding of digital advertising and marketing principles.
Highly motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn.
Comfortable using basic project management tools, with prior experience in ClickUp being advantageous.
Nice to have:
Experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
