Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to generate sales and develop long-term business relationships. This role combines outbound sales efforts with strategic business development, requiring a proactive approach to lead generation and client engagement.
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can handle objections effectively, and is comfortable engaging with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.


Key Responsibilities: Telesales & Lead Generation:
  • Contact potential or existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Present and promote company products/services using a consultative approach.
  • Qualify leads, identify client needs, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals over the phone.
  • Handle objections and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.


  • Business Development & Account Management:
  • Identify and research new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.


  • Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales, business development, or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle rejection professionally.
  • Experience using CRM tools for tracking leads and sales activities.
  • A proactive approach to networking and building business relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
