Job Overview:

Contact potential or existing customers via phone, email, and online channels.
Present and promote company products/services using a consultative approach.
Qualify leads, identify client needs, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals over the phone.
Handle objections and maintain strong customer relationships.
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and customer details in the CRM system.
Business Development & Account Management:
Identify and research new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, and potential clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
