Position Title: AI Software Developer
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Salary: PHP 70,000 - PHP 80,000

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN AI SOFTWARE DEVELOPER

To be an AI Software Developer:
• Proven experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or AI Engineer
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET and Python
• Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proven experience as a Programmer, Software Developer, or AI Engineer
Experience with AI model deployment, RESTful APIs, and web services
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET and Python
Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Familiarity with the software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts (ETL, data wrangling, preprocessing)
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Exposure to front-end technologies is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities


Your Responsibilities as an AI Software Developer:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using VB.NET, Python, and AI frameworks
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions such as predictive models, natural language processing tools, and automation scripts
• Write efficient, reliable SQL queries and manage relational database structures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI-driven features and project requirements
• Debug and resolve software defects, AI model inconsistencies, and technical issues
• Document code, workflows, data models, and system configurations
• Participate in code and model reviews, and contribute to improving development and AI best practices
• Continuously research and recommend AI tools, libraries, and methodologies to keep projects innovative and competitive
