Job Description

The Compliance Client Services Strategist Sr Principal role is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and maintenance of Prime's Compliance program specific to the State Public Sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP) and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) lines of business.

Responsiblities

  • Develop and implement compliance strategy in support of state public sector (SPS), Government Programs (GP) and Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP)
  • Define and build mechanisms for capturing and understanding compliance risk within SPS, GP and EGWP for visibility to Prime’s leaders
  • Establish and grow strategic partnership with State Public Sector (SPS) and Government Programs (GP) business stakeholders and leaders
  • Develop and manage resources and tools needed to support compliance and contractual obligations
  • Ensure proper oversight and monitoring practices are in place across the SPS, GP and EGWP business areas, bringing synergy to the overall compliance oversight and monitoring plan(s) (
  • Plan and prepare new business opportunities and expansions, ensuring visibility, aligning partnership expectations, and establishing the compliance support structures
  • Represent Compliance during the SPS, GP and EGWP Requests for Proposal and implementation processes to ensure bid and contractual commitments align with a compliance support model including the 7 elements of an effective compliance program
  • Develop and deliver executive level business reporting to update compliance leaders on the health of the SPS, GP and EGWP compliance program(s)
  • Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business management, information management or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 10 years of work experience in legal, compliance, or related field
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a relevant discipline (JD, MBA, MHA, etc.)
  • PBM/health care experience

Physical Demands

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must be able to “move or traverse”
  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer and/or other office productivity equipment.
  • Must be able to hear and constantly communicate information and ideas. Must be able to exchange accurate information.

    Potential pay for this position ranges from $124,000.00 - $211,000.00 based on experience and skills.
