Role Name: Social Media Specialist

Schedule:

  • Full-time: Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM 1 hour unpaid lunch break

Job Description

Take the helm of social media strategy for an iconic beachfront venue where luxury meets lifestyle. In this dynamic role, you’ll craft engaging narratives across multiple platforms while working with a passionate team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences. You’ll have the creative freedom to develop innovative content strategies, particularly for TikTok, while maintaining the sophisticated voice of a premium lifestyle brand. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Create engaging content calendars and innovative concept briefs
  • Manage daily Instagram Stories to maintain consistent brand presence
  • Handle community engagement including comment responses and story retags
  • Monitor and curate user-generated content from international visitors
  • Identify potential influencer partnerships through social listening
  • Collaborate with the in-house creative team on content execution
  • Generate fresh ideas for TikTok content to enhance brand presence
  • Schedule and oversee post deployment across all platforms
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management for luxury or lifestyle brands
  • Strong creative mindset with ability to generate engaging social media concepts
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with social media management and scheduling tools
  • Deep understanding of current social media trends, especially TikTok
  • Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining brand guidelines
  • Experience in hospitality or lifestyle industry preferred
