We are seeking a highly motivated, detailed-oriented and analytical individual to manage our sales incentive processes across the Unites States and Canada. This position will report to the Director of Sales Compensation and will partner with our regional and functional teams to ensure timely execution of our sales incentive plan, while driving improvements to the incentive process. 

What you'll do:

  • Configure, set up and administer sales incentive plans within Xactly for incentive payment calculation, reporting and data integration. Create and maintain documentation as it relates to incentive plan system configuration, mapping and processes.
  • Ensure consistency between Otis Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform Xactly and plan designs, governance, terms & conditions and quota policies.
  • Responsible for UAT testing and troubleshooting any incentive system issues. Partner with Otis vendor as needed to ensure proper resolution.
  • Responsible for managing the quarterly sales incentive processes for all U.S. and Canada sales incentive plans. This includes running processes, responding to field inquiries, rolling up final incentive results and submitting files to payroll.
  • Develop detailed project plans with timelines and lead projects to successful completion, on-time, and on-budget, from start to finish with little senior management guidance.
  • Utilize data transformation tools to manipulate large data sets for incentive compensation plan design and management.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper controls and governance is in place to manage all source data including sales booking transactions, sales rep quotas and employee participant data.
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements. Proactively identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, additional controls, process standardization, and work with stakeholders to implement.
  • Conduct analysis to review and improve sales incentive plan effectiveness. Provide regular and ad hoc reporting for sales leadership or sales operations management related to results and performance.
  • Leverage business intelligence tools for building incentive compensation reports and dashboards.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

  • Experience with sales compensation, sales compensation software (Xactly) and/or sales systems
  • Experience with CRM tools is a strong plus
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience writing formulas to manage large data sets
  • A desire to embrace change and support the evolution of our organization and programs, balancing the ideal and the pragmatic
  • High degree of personal ownership and demonstrated ability for improving processes and internal controls
  • Capability to work collaboratively across multiple functions including sales, HR and finance
  • Clear, concise communicator; ability to synthesize complex data or business problems into actionable information to drive results
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, or business-related field
  • 5-7+ years of Incentive Compensation program OR Commissions Finance experience
