To succeed in this role, this individual needs to consistently garner new sales and clients, generate increased revenue within his/her own developed client base, and maintain client interaction to nurture a lifelong business relationship.

What You'll Do
  • Maintaining excellent client service is the driving philosophy of the company.         
  • Personally demonstrate a commitment to Client First in promptly responding to clients’ needs.              
  • Meet or exceed client satisfaction measures.           
  • Establish sales goals based on current market trends.                
  • Perform sales calls to generate leads and obtain meetings with potential clients.          
  • Attend all scheduled appointments to meet with prospective clients.              
  • Understand a prospective client’s business objectives to which the company’s managed service offerings provide value.             
  • Prepare and present quotes and proposals with a list of all products and services to inform, educate, and entice a prospective client.              
  • Accurately present the company’s managed services offerings to potential and existing clients.               
  • Handle account details so that all pertinent aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.            
  • Prepare information for, meet with, and interact with clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account.              
  • Grow existing accounts and generate new business to maximize revenue profits.            
  • Pursue sales of all services offered by the company, including, but not limited to, VoIP phone services.                
  • Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the company, both orally and in written form, to previous, current, and potential clients.                
  • Develop an established client base and cultivate relationships, building business growth.          
  • Attain weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.       
  • Develop detailed reports and tickets for the preparation of quotes.           
  • Manage accounts proficiently and accurately.            
  • Provide clients with accurate information for their IT service needs.                 
  • Network with potential clients and business partners in an effort to promote certain products.     
  • Represent the company as an exhibitor at trade shows and conferences throughout the year to generate new business opportunities.               
  • Track all activities through the CRM system.                 
  • Generate reports for review with the Sales team and track sales activity.                 
  • Possess a good knowledge of economics and how current market trends influence sales.         
  • Possess the ability to be persuasive and easily influence others.                  
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.                  
  • Remain proactive and anticipate potential problems that may hinder the company’s success.      
  • Develop new sales strategies based on prior experience.                    
  • Attend appropriate daily, weekly, monthly, and other meetings as may be required.               
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with the standards, as required by scheduling, which may vary according to the needs of the business.                
  • Keep accurate records.                  
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming.               
  • Other duties as may be required by the Vice President, CEO, and/or Executive team.  

  • What You Need
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required (college degree preferred).      
  • 3+ years of sales experience.             
  • Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.          

  • Salary
  • Location: Remote in the United States.             
  • Salary: $50,000 - $70,000/ Year + Bonuses.            
  • Remote.              
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.              
  • The position is immediately available.                  
  • Monday through Friday (Regular business hours).
