This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 10 paid hours per week, 2 hours per day
  • Monday to Friday, flexible between 9AM to 5PM Auckland, NZ

Job Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our client’s dynamic team in a remote capacity. Responsibilities
  • Manage daily bookkeeping operations using Xero accounting software
  • Process and reconcile accounts receivable and payable transactions
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports for external accountants
  • Organize and manage business email communications
  • Coordinate with integrated job management systems
  • Maintain accurate digital filing systems and financial records
  • Support general administrative operations
  • Collaborate with management on process improvements
  • Monitor and track key financial metrics
  • Assist with documentation and reporting requirements
Requirements
